Our yard is at Churchfields Industrial Estate, Stephenson Road, Salisbury SP2 7NP — about 30 minutes from Ringwood via the A338, 650 metres from Salisbury railway station. Every unit is an insulated steel container on the ground floor with 24/7 access, and the gate opens when you ring it from your registered phone.

From 40 to 160 sq ft

Three sizes of insulated steel container: 40 sq ft takes the contents of a studio flat, 80 sq ft a two-bedroom flat, and 160 sq ft — a 20-foot container — a three- or four-bedroom house or a small business’s stock and equipment, with room for a van-load of furniture and a walkway down the middle. House, loft and garage clear-outs

Clearing a house, loft or garage in Ringwood? Pick the size and the move-in date that suit you, drive up to load — you can drive right up to many of our units, and the rest are a few steps from the end of a short row — and give two weeks’ notice when you’re done. Salisbury recycling centre is 150 metres down the road for anything you don’t keep. There’s no deposit and no long-term contract. There’s no minimum stay: you can move in and out on the same day. The minimum charge is two weeks at the full weekly price, because two weeks is our notice period.

Business storage near Ringwood

For stock, tools, equipment or archive boxes, every unit is on the ground floor with 24/7 access, and the gate works from anywhere — ring it from your phone to let a delivery driver in while you’re away. The 160 sq ft (20 ft) container takes a small business’s stock and equipment, and van hire is opposite the gate.

We don’t offer car or caravan storage at our Salisbury site.

About Ringwood

About Ringwood

Ringwood is a market town in the New Forest district of south-west Hampshire, on the River Avon close to the New Forest, with a parish population of 14,618 at the 2021 census. It was founded by the Anglo-Saxons and has held a weekly market since the Middle Ages; it is recorded in a charter of 961, in which King Edgar gave land in Rimecuda to Abingdon Abbey. Its name may mean ‘border wood’, from its place on the fringe of Ringwood Forest or on the border of Hampshire.

Ringwood today

Ringwood still has a weekly market in the traditional market place; the cattle market ran until 1988 on the Furlong, now home to a Waitrose supermarket, coffee shops and fashion outlets. The Ringwood Brewery brewed here until it closed in December 2023, and the name lives on as a brand of Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company. Ringwood School is the town’s secondary school and sixth form, Ringwood Town F.C. play at Long Lane, and Ellingham and Ringwood Rugby Football Club was formed in 1966. The A31 runs west to Dorchester and east through the New Forest to Southampton, and the X3 bus between Salisbury and Bournemouth calls twice an hour.
