Really helpful staff, helped me work out the size of the storage unit I needed. Quick support on site when needed. Recommend using this company, if needed again will definitely use.
Rhino provided the best solution and service during a very difficult time for our family. Jonathan always replied quickly, and the whole process was handled with care and professionalism for everyone involved. We needed to begin to clear a flat during a grieving process and it was perfect to do it in a respectful manner. Thank you. Julie P

Very good self storage service – easy access, no hassle, and a professional team. Everything went smoothly. I’d definitely use them again.
These storage units are top-notch—super clean and always dry. Having 24-hour access is incredibly convenient. I used a container while transitioning between homes, and everything I stored stayed in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this place. The pricing is very reasonable too.

- Defrost and drain your appliancesDefrost the fridge and freezer a couple of days before. Drain the washing machine and empty the tumble dryer’s water tank, so everything is dry on the day.
- Take beds and tables apartPut the screws in a bag and tape it to the piece.
- Write a list of what’s going inHandy for insurance, and for finding things later.
- Keep back an “open first” boxThe things you’ll need straight away stay out of storage.

- 2Everyday things by the doorPaperwork, tools and seasonal kit you’ll want again stay at the front.

- 5Fridges, freezers, washers and dryersDefrost and drain them and dry them out first, then leave the doors ajar.
- 6Nothing damp goes inDamp wooden garden furniture and plant pots with soil give off moisture that turns into condensation. Dry the furniture fully and empty the pots first.
- 7Cover the soft stuffSofas and mattresses go in proper sofa and mattress bags to keep dust and dirt off.
- 8Plastic boxes for longer staysStoring for more than a few months? Lidded plastic boxes last better than cardboard, and they stack higher without collapsing.
- 9A path to the backLeave a gap from the door so nothing gets buried.

About Codford
About Codford
Codford is a parish in the Wylye Valley, south of Salisbury Plain, made up of the adjacent villages of Codford St Peter and Codford St Mary on the A36, south-east of Warminster. The Chitterne Brook flows through the parish to join the Wylye, and Anglo-Saxon records show that in 906 the area was known as ‘Codan Ford’; the Domesday survey recorded 28 households, among the larger settlements of the time. In the First World War large training and transfer camps for ANZAC troops were set up around Codford, including the No. 3 New Zealand General Hospital.
Codford today
The Commonwealth War Graves Commission cemetery is the second largest New Zealand war grave cemetery in the UK, and villagers hold a remembrance ceremony at 6.30 am every Anzac Day, 25 April; the Rising Sun badge was carved into the chalk of nearby Lamb Down in 1916. Both parish churches, St Peter’s and St Mary’s, are Grade II* listed — St Peter’s has a finely carved 9th-century cross shaft — and the Woolstore Theatre, in part of a 19th-century wool store on the High Street, has been a theatre since 1928. Wylye Valley Church of England Primary School serves Codford and nearby parishes, and a bypass built in the 1990s took the A36 traffic off the High Street. Moving in, clearing out or between homes — our storage facility by Salisbury station is about 25 minutes away.
