Which size
Units run from 40, 80 and 160 sq ft insulated steel containers, all on the ground floor. For a business: 40 sq ft holds a stock cage or a trade’s tools and consumables; 80 sq ft is a small shop’s back room; 160 sq ft takes pallets, fittings and a season’s stock with room to walk in. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one: there is no long-term contract, and you can move up when a bigger unit is free.
