How our pricing works!

Transparent simple pricing:

  • First 4 Weeks: Enjoy a 50% discount.
  • Next 4 Weeks: If you choose to stay, the rate reverts to the standard price (no discount).
  • Ongoing Payments: Payments are made every 4 weeks via direct debit until you decide to leave.
  • Notice Period: A 2-week notice is required before moving out. If you only need storage for 2 weeks, you will be charged at the full standard rate.
  • If you need insurance you can buy it here, direct from the insurance company. Storage Insurance

Planning Your Stay:

  • If you plan to stay for just 2 weeks, please give notice when you move in to avoid extra charges.
  • For a stay of 6 weeks, give notice near the end of your first 4 weeks. You’ll be charged for the full second 4-week period, but we’ll refund any unused days once you’ve moved out. For example, if you move out after 6 weeks, you’ll receive a refund for the remaining 2 weeks, provided your payments are up to date.
  1. Booking Your Storage Unit:

    1. Choose Your Size: Select the storage unit size you need on our website.
    2. Pick Your Move-In Date: You can book up to 3 weeks in advance.
    3. Payment: Secure your unit by paying for your first 4 weeks at 50% off, plus a £100 refundable deposit.

    Please Note:

    • Our standard office hours are 8 AM – 5 PM. If you book outside these hours, responses may be delayed.
    • If you book a same-day move-in outside of office hours, please be aware that immediate assistance may not be available. We do monitor emails after hours and will respond as soon as we can.

    What Happens Next:

    1. Storage License: We’ll email you a storage license to sign, which can be easily done on your mobile device—no printer needed. If you need help, we’re here to assist.

    2. ID Verification: You’ll need to provide identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, matching the name on the booking.

    3. Direct Debit Setup: We’ll ask you to set up a direct debit through GoCardless for future payments. This also serves as a final ID check since it matches your bank details with your ID. No money will be withdrawn unless you continue beyond the first 4 weeks.

    4. Access Details: Once everything is complete, we’ll text you your storage unit number and the key location.

    There’s no need to visit the site in person prior to moving in.

Minimum Stay

There’s no minimum or maximum stay—whether you need storage for just a day or an extended period, we’ve got you covered. However, please note that a minimum charge applies, equivalent to 2 weeks at the standard rate, even if you move in and out on the same day.

Maximum Stay:

You can stay as long as you need—whether it’s 6 weeks, 12 months, or even 5 years. The choice is yours. We simply ask that you pay every 4 weeks via GoCardless direct debit. We ask for 2 weeks notice to vacate.

Please note that failed payments will incur an additional processing fee, as we are charged by GoCardless when a payment fails. If your stay extends beyond 12 months, a price increase may occur. We’ll provide you with 4 weeks’ notice of any price increases.
