FAQ's

Once your documents are signed and direct debit is set up to confirm your ID, no payment will be taken unless you store beyond the discount period. We’ll text you the key location and gate access, and you can even move in the same day—quick and easy!

There’s no minimum stay, but we do require a minimum payment of two weeks’ full rent. You’re free to move out anytime with just two weeks’ notice submitted online.

For safety and legal reasons, certain items cannot be stored in our units. These typically include:

  • Hazardous materials: flammable, explosive, or toxic substances like gasoline, propane tanks, chemicals, and paint.
  • Perishables: food or items that could spoil and attract pests.
  • Living things: plants, animals, or anything that requires ventilation or care.
  • Illegal items: drugs, stolen goods, or unlicensed firearms.
  • Firearms and ammunition: regardless of licensing.

You have 24/7 access to your unit and can visit whenever you like. Entry is easy with our remote electric gate system. We suggest visiting your unit monthly and reporting any issues to our team.

At Rhino Storage, we prioritize flexibility and putting you in control. While insurance for your stored items isn’t mandatory, we highly recommend securing coverage for added peace of mind. You’re free to arrange your own, and affordable options are available through providers like Insurastore

We’re right on Churchfields Industrial Estate, next to the railway station and on the way to the recycling centre.  As the most central self-storage facility in Salisbury, we’re just a quick trip from places like Warminster, Wilton, Laverstock, and more. Getting to us is simple, no matter where you’re coming from!
