Access
Location information
- Address: Stephenson Road, Churchfields Industrial Estate, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP2 7NP
- Operating hours: Access begins at midnight on the start date of your booking (check your invoice).
- Customer support: Call 01722 580707 from 8 am to 8 pm for assistance.
Gate access
- The gate recognizes your phone number from booking.
- To enter/exit: Call 07468 410397. It will ring once and disconnect to open the gate.
- If it rings more than once, your number isn’t authorized. Contact us for help.
- Ensure your phone is charged as you need it to enter and exit.
Site map
- A site map is located on the left as you enter the gate, or click below
Keys & door
Keys
- Your unit key is in a keysafe by the site map.
- You’ll receive a text with your unit number, keysafe number, and code.
- Once collected, do not return the key to the keysafe.

Vacating Your Storage Unit
- If you wish to vacate your unit, please follow these steps:
- Notify us at least 14 days in advance via notice form
- Empty your storage unit and clean it.
- Ensure the unit is locked, and return the key to the keys safe as instructed in the text.
- Submit the vacated form with photo to confirm the condition of the unit.
